NATE STONE
PRESIDENT
Nate is a native of Maine who’s lived in York since 1992. He took the helm at Skipper’s Bay Lobster in August 2020 and hasn’t looked back since. Being in charge of one of the largest lobster meat companies in area, Nate finds great pleasure in providing tourists with that quintessential Maine experience.
When he’s not at work Nate can be found with his dogs, Tank and Sara, two American Hairless Terriers. He loves fishing and hunting, going 4-wheeling or just hanging out with his brothers, niece and nephews around the bonfire or grill. His favorite dish is lobster mac and cheese (maybe with a little bacon in there too!)
Nate is a decorated Army Veteran, having spent 13 years as an accomplished Airbourne Infantryman and a Medevac Pilot. He received his MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.

MIKE McQUADE
VICE PRESIDENT
Mike has lived in York since 1989. He grew up on the same street as Nate and the two called themselves “The River Road Ratpack”. The two have been lifelong friends and Mike joined Nate at Skipper’s Bay Lobster in August of 2020. Working with his close friend and helping local restaurants receive the freshest product available is his favorite part of the job.
You can find Mike with his family when he’s not at work. They all enjoy skiing, bird hunting, fishing and 4-wheeling. A classic New England style lobster roll, with a little mayo on a hot dog bun is his favorite way to enjoy lobster.
Mike owns another company, McQuade Painting, which provides high-quality work to residential, commercial, municipal buildings and facilities primarily in Maine and New Hampshire.
