Bloody Mary with Lobster Tail

Brunch in a glass!
Ingredients
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 t Horseradish
- 1 dash of Tabasco
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 lobster tail or claw
Directions
- Step 1 Combine the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), horseradish, celery salt and black pepper in a tall glass. Stir well to combine. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice and stir once again.
- Step 2 Garnish with a piece of celery, lemon wedge and lobster tail or claw.
Lemon Butter Lobster Martini - Lob'stirred' Never Shaken

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 lemons - juiced
- 12 oz vodka
- Chilled lobster claw or tail
- 4 pinches of sea salt (our favorite is Slack Tide Sea Salt - Maine Flake Finishing Sea Salt)
Directions
- Step 1 Brown butter washed vodka: Add a 1/2 stick of butter to skillet, cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until butter is browned with a nutty aroma. Place brown butter in shallow dish and whisk in vodka and the juice from 1 lemon. Let sit at room temperature for at least 2 hrs or overnight if possible. Then place mixture into fridge for 2hrs to allow butter to harden. Once hardened you can poke a hole in butter and pour the vodka out of dish. Place brown butter infused vodka in it’s own container and discard butter.
- Step 2 How to build 1 martini- In shaker, combine 3oz of brown butter vodka, 1/2oz of lemon juice and a pinch of Slack Tide Sea Salt and a scoop of ice. Stir for 30 second and strain into chilled martini glass.
- Step 3 Garnish with chilled lobster claw or tail.
